Sound Bath & Meditation in the
Mosaic Backyard Universe

Join us in the best backyard in Bradenton — the Mosaic Backyard Universe — for Guided Meditation! We’ll meet under the Mighty Oak for a 75-minute workshop to experience the ultimate in relaxation with meditation and sound bath using bowls, chimes, rain sticks and more. Relax as we peacefully go within to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation and the union of body, spirit and mind. Please bring a pillow and blanket along with your yoga mat to make you more comfortable.

Guided Meditation is for everyone ages 7 and up. Class size is limited to 20 total participants and advance registration is required.
