July 8: “Stuffed, Mounted, Pickled, and Dried: The Art and History of Scientific Specimens,” with David A. Berry from The Ringling

David A. Berry is the Associate Director of Academic Affairs at The Ringling Museum of Art and he also teaches a course on the art of natural history at New College of Florida. He’s an expert at blending art, history and science and we’re excited to have him back for this think + drink / science, where he’ll share the history of scientific specimens.
