Sidewalk Astronomy March

Join us for a night of delicious bites and celestial sights on March 27 from 7-10:30pm at The Bishop!

We have partnered with the Local Group of Deep Sky Observers (LGDSO) to bring Sidewalk Astronomy to The Bishop. At this FREE event, you’ll have a chance to see planets, moons, and maybe some deep-sky objects through powerful telescopes. FEWD Tent, Edible Cookie Dough Cafe, and Smiley Face Cafe. Drinks, including water, soda, wine, and beer, will be available for purchase.

In addition to stargazing, you’ll have a chance to see the debut of the Planetarium show Forward! To The Moon at 7:30pm, 8:15pm, 9:00pm, and 9:45pm for just $5 a person or free for members.

Please note: The main Museum and Parker Manatee Rehabilitation Habitat will be closed during this event. Service animals are the only animals allowed on site.
