Sidewalk Astronomy

Join us for nights of delicious bites and celestial sights during Sidewalk Astronomy at The Bishop!

We partner with the Local Group of Deep Sky Observers (LGDSO) every fall, winter, and spring to bring these FREE observing events to our community. With multiple telescopes on site, you’ll have a chance to see planets, moons, and deep sky objects throughout the evening. 

Local food vendors join the festivities on our Riverside Plaza, bringing a variety of stellar sips and cosmic cuisine. 

Take a break from stargazing to join us in the Planetarium for a show at just $5 per ticket or free for Museum members, or try out one of our astronomical activity tables to learn more about the night sky.
